Jethro Tull - Aqualung (1971)
I'm skipping ahead a bit because I don't really feel like doing the next album on my list right now, it being a dance music album. Since I was going online to find a cleaner copy of Jethro Tull's epic "Aqualung" and the Aqualung album was on my big list, I decided to just acquire a copy of the full album and do my review.

Arcade Fire - A Wrap Up
So I've been curious about Arcade Fire for a few years now. For the most part I assumed their popularity was mostly based on hype. I combine the facts that they play mostly sad music, they use a lot of different instruments in their music, and their concerts can feature about a dozen people on stage at any time, and I figure that people were simply lulled into believing they must be awesome. Well, I no longer condemn their fans for liking them, but I still don't think Arcade Fire is as totally awesome as everyone thinks.

Arcade Fire - An Intro to an Interlude
I've mentioned this before- I'm quite worn down by my music project lately. I've acutally enjoyed a lot of the recent music on the list. But even that can be seen as a sign that I'm wearing down. In my recent reviews of A Grand Don't Come For Free and Welcome To The Afterfuture I admitted to sorta liking them, and they're rap albums. I'm definitely getting soft. When the next album on my randomly generated order turned out to be by Wu Tang Clan, I decided it was time for a break.
And I've decided to vacation with these people. They look fun, right? |
